Your Day, Your Way

Our massive wedding space boasts a stunning ceremony site atop of a grassy bluff overlooking the gently winding Jumping Pound Creek, rolling vistas and Rocky Mountains, surrounded by expansive fields, showcasing Alberta's best features.

When the ceremony is over, our tented reception space awaits. The tent has wood flooring, a veranda with tables and chairs, and is nestled behind our ceremony site, offering it's own unique view for cocktail hour.

The remainder of the space is up to you to use as you see fit - the perfect space for lawn games, food trucks, or late night s'mores around the campfire - we've even had mobile axe throwing!

Jumping Pound Ranch is truly a blank canvas that allows you to celebrate your day, your way, however that looks!

In addition to space, stunning views, and privacy, we also prioritize quality over quantity, hosting only 15 weddings per year. This ensures that we can give each couple our undivided attention, dedicating ourselves to crafting a personalized and extraordinary experience that reflects their unique love story.

Wedding Packages & Pricing

Jumping Pound Ranch is a boutique wedding venue, only accepting 15 weddings each year. Because of this, we are able to open the venue to each couple for the entire weekend of their wedding - which means less stress about setting up and taking down, and more time to slow down and savor the experience.

Corporate Events

Although we specialize in weddings, Jumping Pound Ranch has a unique western backdrop for your corporate event. Whether you are looking to provide clients with a one of a kind ranch style experience, or looking to do some team building in a beautiful Alberta backdrop, we can provide you with the infrastructure needed to execute your one-of-a-kind corporate event.

All of our corporate events have access to the following amenities:

  • Up to three days to set up, host, and tear down your event

  • Wooden benches

  • Portable power station

  • 40 x 60 pole tent with wood flooring (2400 sq ft of event space)

  • White resin chairs (200 total)

  • Choice of round or rectangle tables

  • Black Edison lighting inside tent & outdoor solar lighting

  • Generator (9000 kW)

  • Luxury washroom trailer

  • Lawn games

  • Firepit area with firewood

  • Setup and on-site event support for everything listed above

We are currently accepting bookings for 2025 events, and our venue operates from June 1st through September 30th.

Wedding & Event FAQs

  • We have a 200-person max capacity.

  • While it is possible for another wedding to be booked for the same week as yours, we only book 3-day packages, so they will never interfere with your wedding.

  • Yes! We allow outside catering at no extra charge.

    We have caterers we love working with (Red Seal Dining and Rocky Mountain BBQ are our favorites), but you are welcome to do whatever works for you and your budget.

  • Yes! We do not provide/offer alcohol, so if you wish to serve alcoholic beverages, you will be responsible for providing your own alcohol, bar staff, and liquor license.

  • We like to consider ourselves "accessible light".

    Anyone with mobility issues would likely need some assistance to access all the spaces, but we do have a ramp to access the tent floor and washrooms.

  • You are more than welcome to use the reception tent as a ceremony space in the event of rain.

    Alternatively, a second tent can be rented to host the ceremony portion of your big day. We also have a great local community center that can be rented as a backup plan!
